Write to us

Anything about the guides, the books, the resources, or the site itself:

[email protected]

A subject line that names the page or topic gets a faster reply.

Topics we should cover

If you keep searching for a guide on a specific decision and not finding one that actually answers the question, tell us. Subject line: Guide idea: [topic].

Corrections and stale info

A number that has moved, a link that broke, a recommendation that no longer holds. Paste the page URL and what’s wrong — the fix usually ships the same week.

Books we’re missing

The bookshelf is short on purpose, but if there’s a book you have re-read twice and would put a junior co-founder on, we want to hear about it. One line on why it earned the re-read is enough.

Privacy & legal

For data and policy questions, the Privacy Policy covers the basics. Anything not answered there: same email, subject “Privacy.”

A few things worth knowing

  • · Replies usually land within a few business days. Corrections move faster than long discussions.
  • · We don’t run a newsletter, so writing in won’t put you on a list. Your email goes nowhere else.
  • · We can’t give individual advice on your specific startup — we don’t know enough to be useful, and the comparisons are usually wrong. The guides are the answer.
  • · Pitches for sponsored posts, paid links, or guest articles are auto-declined. Saves us both some time.
